Jack Dorsey claims Bluesky is 'repeating all the mistakes' he made at Twitter

Jack Dorsey recently provided insights into his departure from the board of Bluesky, a decentralized social media initiative spun out of Twitter. He criticized Bluesky for replicating the mistakes he made at Twitter and expressed dissatisfaction with its moderation policies. Dorsey revealed his support for Nostr, a decentralized Twitter-like service, emphasizing his belief in censorship resistance. His comments were met with pushback from Bluesky representatives, who highlighted differences in vision and structure between Bluesky and Twitter. Dorsey's remarks shed light on his ongoing concerns about centralized social media platforms and his alignment with decentralized alternatives.

Why not just endorse Mastodon then, Mr Dorsey? It’s basically the totally decentralized activity pub protocol that bluesky runs on without the middle man.

My thoughts exactly. Although I think Nostr is a different protocol than activity pub. And I believe bluesky was using a slightly different protocol as well.
